暖かくなってきた所為か採卵が順調です。
画像はどれも鶏卵。小さいのがうちの烏骨鶏、左は市販の卵。
右のビッグサイズも鶏卵で、アヒルじゃないんですって。
おそらくブロイラー育成用でしょう、黄身が2つ入ってます。

自然界での卵の良し悪しの判断基準、生命力の差で比較すると。
市販のは無精卵で論外。烏骨鶏の卵はひと月経ってから抱卵させても雛が孵ります。
双子の卵は種の保存上効率が高いですが生命力としてはどうでしょう。
なんか難しくなっちゃいましたが、人が食べて美味しいのは草や虫を食べ生まれた卵でしょう。
何故かって、うちの卵の味が季節によって変わるのは餌が違うから。

Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Taking the time
and actual effort to make a superb article… but what can I
say… I procrastinate a lot and never manage to get anything done.
